North County Tutoring has been supporting the children of our community since 2006. Now owned and operated by the mother daughter duo of Kim Clements and Chelsea Norris. We are ready to continue making a positive impact!

Kim Clements - Has lived in IRC for 41 years, married for 36 years and has two children and 4 grandchildren which are the loves of her life. When her children were going to school she volunteered in the classroom and decided to go back to college for her degree in education. She graduated from FAU with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and is ESOL endorsed. Kim taught in Indian River County for 18 years along with being the school Math Coordinator and grade chair. Educating our children and helping them believe in themselves has always been important to her and she will bring this passion with her to North County. 

Chelsea Norris is an Indian River County Native, Wife, and Mom to two beautiful girls. Upon graduating from SRHS she earned her BA from The University of Florida. Upon coming back home to Indian River Chelsea was a Digital Design teacher at SRHS. After teaching for a few years the passion to bring more opportunities to our youth was a driving force in opening Pro Sport in Sebastian. Chelsea also stays connected to her community by volunteering as a Cheer coordinator for the Sebastian Sharks Youth League and coaching the Storm Grove Middle School Competitive Cheer Team. She is very excited to bring even more to her community by continuing the strong success brought by North County.
